CCU features:

  • LED indication;
  • max sampling frequency - 50 Hz.

Functionality
 

MM tasks:

  • receiving controlling orders from PC;
  • distribution of tasks between CCU;
  • automatic search of plugged CCUs;
  • managing of CCU logic;
  • continuity testing of communication lines;
  • CCU system monitoring;
  • control of voltage swing and mechanical failures;
  • indication of the current state.

CCU tasks:

  • receiving orders from MM via Ì+ protocol;
  • drive management;
  • inpulse sensor inquiry;
  • automatic drive deactivation after accomplishing MM task;
  • automatic drive deactivation on crash;
  • control of order execution;
  • control of sensor data;
  • control of sensor and drive crash;
  • indication of the current state.

  • Control of problems and crashes.
  • Information about current mill state.

About the mill
 

Mitsubishi Summit 3FGR-100 cardboard butter, three printing sections, slotter, rotary carving section, folder-gluer, issue year: 1984.

Max. cardboard sheet size: 2555 x 1000 mm, min. cardboard sheet size: 750 x 260 mm, max. speed: 18,000 sheet /hour.
