A replacement of older indication system with new measuring microprocessor module with display, PC and software Measure 2007.

Microprocessor module (MM) consists of 4 sensors and performs management and control of the current measurement, drive and other starters.

MM is also equipped with emergency shutdown and crash indication system.

Automation complexes were installed and successfully used at industrial and research Ukrainian enterprises, such as:

• MakNII - Research institute of Makeevka
• JSC Silur - wire production plant of Kharcizsk
• Arcsel enterprise - Donetsk productor of welding equipment
• Azot LTD - Severodonetsk chemical association
• JSC DMZ - Donetsk Iron and Steel Works
• PE Geron, JSC Metallurgical Machinery Works of Debaltsevo

• Stress-strain/tension measurements and calculation of:
  • Point of maximum load
  • Tear resistance
  • Extension strain
  • Proportionality limit
  • Modulus of elasticity
  • Yield point (physical)
  • Yield point (relative)
• Indication of current values of load, active capture movement, speed of load pickup and active capture
• PC-based data output and processing
• Working either with or without PC (free running mode)
• Programmable parameters for free running mode:
  • Pressure limit
  • Elongation limit
  • Calibration of pressure/elongation
  • Emergency shutdown options

We successfully upgraded the following tearing machines:

• FPZ-100/1 (Heckert, Germany)
• GRM-1 (ZIM, USSR)

Implemented module for support of optoextensometer OR-01 (NIIAchermet, Ukraine).

Currently automation works are only available in Ukraine.
